1. Eligibility Criteria

To register as a member of Agrawal Parinay Setu and utilize our matchmaking services, candidates must satisfy the following essential eligibility criteria:

• Age Requirements: To register as a member, the candidate must be legally eligible for marriage under Indian laws: strictly 18 years or above for females and 21 years or above for males.
• Community Belongingness: This platform is exclusively built for the Agrawal community. The candidate must belong to one of the 18 sacred Agrawal Gotras (Garg, Bansal, Mittal, Jindal, Singhal, Kansal, etc.).
• Marital Status: The candidate must be legally single (Unmarried, Divorced, or Widowed with valid legal proof if required).

2. Purpose of Platform (Strictly Matrimonial)

We enforce zero tolerance for casual dating, friendship, romance fraud, or commercial exploitation. Any account found using the platform for casual dating or non-matrimonial solicitation will be permanently terminated immediately without right of appeal.

3. Genuine Profile Data & Verification

Our community trusts every member to uphold the dignity and reputation of their family name:

• 100% Truthful Information: Members are legally bound to provide accurate, honest, and verifiable information regarding their Date of Birth, Gotra, Manglik/Anshik Manglik status, Educational Qualifications (CAs, Doctors, Engineers, Degrees), Income Slabs, and Family Background.
• Right to Ban: While our community moderation team manually reviews profiles, any user found submitting fake certificates, false salary slabs, or misleading photographs will have their profile permanently deleted without notice.

4. Member Code of Conduct

When interacting with prospective matches and Agrawal families, all registered members must adhere to our strict ethical code:

• Respecting Privacy: Members who gain access to contact numbers or family details of other members must treat that data with utmost respect and confidentiality.
• Prohibited Actions: Taking screenshots of profiles to circulate on public WhatsApp groups or social media without permission is strictly prohibited.
• No Harassment: Harassing, stalking, or sending inappropriate messages to brides, grooms, or their parents will result in immediate police/cyber-cell reporting and account ban.

5. Limitation of Liability & Verification Disclaimer

Agrawal Parinay Setu operates as a cultural bridge guided by community principles. While we conduct manual preliminary moderation of profiles, we are NOT a private investigation agency.

• Parental Responsibility: We explicitly advise parents and candidates to conduct their own independent background checks, financial inquiries, and family verifications before finalizing any marriage alliance. We hold no legal liability for any discrepancies found after marriage arrangement.

6. Account Security & OTP Access

Access to Agrawal Parinay Setu accounts is secured via our Shaadi.com-style passwordless OTP engine linked to the member's registered Email ID or Mobile Number. Members are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their mobile devices and login OTPs.

You agree to notify our Samaj Support Team immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access to your family profile.
