1. Free Profile Registration & Basic Usage
Creating a matrimonial profile, completing our 7-step registration, uploading photographs, and browsing basic match cards on Agrawal Parinay Setu is 100% free of charge.
- 100% Free Onboarding: Completing our 7-step matrimonial registration and creating a family profile is completely free for all eligible Agrawal candidates.
- No Payment Required for Discovery: Browsing basic match cards, filtering by our 18 sacred Agrawal Gotras, and viewing general profile summaries require zero monetary transaction.
- Policy Scope: Because no payment is required for standard basic membership and community discovery, refund policies do not apply to standard free accounts.
2. Optional Premium Membership Plans
Members may optionally choose to upgrade to paid premium plans to unlock specific features designed to accelerate matchmaking and facilitate direct family communication.
- Unlocked Premium Features: Paid membership plans grant access to verified direct contact numbers, WhatsApp communication buttons, astrological Kundali matching reports, and personalized assistance from community elders.
- Transparent Upfront Billing: All membership fees are billed upfront and are clearly displayed on the payment checkout page in Indian Rupees (INR) prior to transaction completion.
- No Hidden Charges: Agrawal Parinay Setu maintains absolute financial transparency. We do not charge hidden administrative costs or recurring surprises without explicit member authorization.
3. Refund Eligibility & Cancellation Terms
STRICT POLICY ON CONSUMED CONTACT CREDITS
Once a premium membership is activated and the member has accessed/viewed even a single verified contact number, initiated direct communication, or utilized personalized matchmaking credits, the membership fee becomes strictly non-refundable and non-transferable.
We strive to provide fair billing practices while protecting the integrity of our contact database. Please note the following cancellation rules:
- Cooling-Off Period (Unused Plans): If a member purchases a premium plan by mistake and requests a cancellation within 24 hours of purchase—provided that zero contact numbers have been viewed and zero premium features have been utilized—a refund may be processed after deducting a nominal 5% payment gateway processing fee.
- Plan Cancellation: Members may cancel their premium subscription auto-renewal at any time from their account dashboard. Cancellation prevents future billing but does not retroactively refund already active billing cycles.
- Non-Transferability: Premium membership plans and contact viewing credits are assigned exclusively to the registered profile and cannot be transferred to another sibling, relative, or community account.
4. Protection Against Technical Billing Errors
We stand by Agrawal families to ensure 100% financial security during online transactions. In the rare event of payment gateway glitches, you are fully protected:
- Duplicate Transactions: In the event of a technical glitch, network failure, or bank error where a member’s payment card or bank account is charged twice for the same transaction, Agrawal Parinay Setu guarantees a 100% full refund of the duplicate excess amount.
- Processing Timeline: Members must notify our billing team with transaction references (Transaction ID / Bank UTR). Validated technical refunds will be initiated automatically and credited back to the original source of payment within 5 to 7 business days.
- Bank Gateway Coordination: Our billing desk works directly with authorized Indian banking and payment gateway partners to track and resolve failed or timed-out transactions promptly.
5. Zero Refund on Account Ban or Policy Violation
Agrawal Parinay Setu maintains a zero-tolerance policy against fraudulent profiles, fake educational degrees (such as false CA, Doctor, or Engineer claims), misrepresentation of Agrawal Gotra or marital status, and casual dating behavior.
- Immediate Fee Forfeiture: If a paid premium member's account is suspended, terminated, or permanently banned by our community moderation team due to a violation of our Terms & Conditions or Member Code of Conduct, the entire paid membership fee will be immediately forfeited, and absolutely zero refund will be granted.
- Safeguarding Community Trust: This strict forfeiture rule ensures that our sacred matrimonial platform remains an authentic, safe, and dignified environment for genuine Agrawal families.
